Our fish is delivered to our stores by a Sheelen’s company driver in our temperature controlled vans for ultimate fresshness.

Chef Frank continues to create distinct flavor combinations that celebrate authentic regional cuisine. Leading the innovative culinary team at Sheelen’s Family of restaurants is partner and Restaurateur Frank Pascale. Born and raised in New Jersey, Frank has launched his sixth concept, Sheelen’s Fish Market in North Plainfield, NJ.
Frank studied Culinary Arts & Sciences and Restaurant Management at Florida International University, in Miami Florida. While in Miami, Frank worked under Chef Robin Haas, who is considered the innovator of new world cuisine. A seasoned talent with extensive experience in the culinary arena, Frank Pascale is committed to delivering great food and service to all of his guests.
